This conference was held in New Delhi on the 25th and 26th November 2019. The Government of India has committed to meet the Housing for All 2022 goals both in the Urban and Rural areas through the PMAY-U & PMAY-G initiatives.

In his keynote presentation by Veeralakshmanan, Head- Inclusive Business, Covestro India raised pertinent issues and their potential solutions at the recently held 4th Conference on Affordable Housing in India, hosted by the Indian Infrastructure magazine. In the session on Building Materials, he highlighted how this generation is paying the penalty of the folly of the past generations which focused only on costs. “There's a pressing need to adopt technologies that will immediately play a role in reduction of environmental footprint.
